Pipe clamp for hazardous areas, for electrical contacting of pipes in hazardous areas for implementing lightning equipotential bonding according to DIN EN 62305-3 (VDE 0185-305-3). For use in the potentially explosive areas Ex zones 1 and 2 (gases, vapours, mists) as well as Ex zones 21 and 22 (dusts). Tested to explosion group IIB and to DIN EN 62561-1. Considerable installation time saving – no more need to deactivate systems/areas for welding or drilling work. Design with separate clamp body for combining with endless tensioning strap 25 x 0.3 mm, for the clamping range D27-500 mm. Necessary mounting set (part no. 540902) available separately.
